Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Newera Aesthetics ("Newera", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit neweraaesthetics.com (the "Site") or contact us about our products and services.
Who we are
Newera Aesthetics supplies FDA-cleared RF microneedling systems and related provider programs to licensed medical and aesthetic practices. We are a business-to-business supplier; this Site is not intended for patient self-service or consumer purchasing.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo, book a call, email us, or call us, you may provide your name, practice or business name, email address, telephone number, and any details you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server and request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
We do not sell products directly through this Site, and we do not collect payment card details on it.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests, questions, and support enquiries
- To provide pricing, financing, training, and program information you have asked for
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers below who help us operate, when you ask us to, or where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
- Vercel (website hosting). Serves the Site and records standard server logs for security and reliability.
- Calendly (demo scheduling). If you book through our scheduling link, the details you enter are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. You are only sent to Calendly when you choose to book.
- Web3Forms (contact form delivery). If our web contact form is active and you submit it, the fields you enter are transmitted through Web3Forms solely to deliver your message to us. If the form is configured to open your email client instead, your message is sent directly by you and no third party receives it.
Following our Instagram link takes you to Instagram, which is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not embed Instagram, Calendly, or any social or advertising tracker into the pages of this Site.
Cookies, tracking, and fonts
This Site sets no cookies. It does not use cookies for essential functions, analytics, advertising, or tracking, and it stores nothing in your browser's local storage. There is therefore no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The Site also makes no third-party requests when a page loads. Fonts are self-hosted on our own domain rather than loaded from a font network, so simply viewing a page does not transmit your IP address or browsing data to Google, a CDN, an analytics provider, or an advertising network. Third-party services (Calendly, Instagram, Web3Forms) are contacted only when you actively choose to use them, as described above.
If we add analytics or any technology that sets cookies in the future, we will update this policy and put an appropriate consent mechanism in place before doing so.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@neweraaesthetics.com or calling +1 (404) 988-4132. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access to or deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action required. The categories of information we collect and our purposes are described above. To make a request, contact us using the details in this policy; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
Users outside the United States
This Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. business users. If you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region, you may have rights under laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and objection. Where those laws apply, our basis for processing the information you provide is your request to us and our legitimate interest in responding to it. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites and tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where required, take additional steps to notify you.
