Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Newera Aesthetics is committed to making neweraaesthetics.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508. WCAG defines requirements for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
What we have done
- Every page uses a skip-to-content link, a single main landmark, and a logical heading structure.
- Text and interactive elements are tested to meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios, in both desktop and mobile layouts.
- All functionality is operable with a keyboard, including the navigation menu, the treatment-depth simulator, the return-on-investment calculator, sliders, and scrollable regions. Visible focus indicators are provided throughout.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Motion and animation respect the operating-system "reduce motion" setting; when it is enabled, non-essential motion is turned off and the full content remains available.
- The Site is built as standard HTML that does not require scripting to read the content, so it degrades gracefully when JavaScript is unavailable.
How we test
We evaluate the Site with automated accessibility tooling (axe) across every page at both desktop and mobile widths, alongside manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Accessibility is re-checked when the Site changes.
Known limitations
Some pages include rich interactive elements, such as a scroll-driven product visualization. These are provided as enhancements: the underlying specifications, pricing, and copy are always available as plain text and do not depend on the animation. If you encounter any element that is difficult to use, please tell us and we will help directly and prioritize a fix.
