I served in the Marines. The Corps left me with two things that never went away. Standards are not optional, and you take care of the people you serve.

The story of why this company exists starts with a scar.

An animal bite left me with deep scars on my forearm that I did not think were going anywhere. I tried what everyone tries. Creams, time, patience, advice from people who meant well. Then I found RF microneedling, and I watched my own skin do something I did not believe it could do.

It healed. Not covered up. Healed.

When you have seen that happen on your own body, you stop thinking of the machine as equipment. It becomes the thing you want every practice to be able to offer, because you know exactly what it feels like to be the person in the chair hoping something finally works.

So I went looking at what it would take for a practice to offer it. And what I found bothered me.

The best technology in aesthetics was locked behind a gate. RF microneedling was changing what practices could do for their clients, and the systems were priced like only the biggest chains deserved them. Talented practice owners, the ones actually building something real, were being told to come back when they had eighty thousand dollars sitting around.

So I built Newera Aesthetics to take that gate down.
